I ordered a pack of 9 and got 1 pen. Please send me the other 8 pens I ordered. I was very disappointed as you can imagine. And I was trying to see how I could get back to you so I’m glad you’re asking me. Please send me what I paid for and if you do, I’ll order more because I need more.

Your order was for 1 individual pen. You did not order the 9 pack. You paid $3.99 for the 1 pen. The pack of 9 pens would have cost you $37.50 not including the shipping cost. Your total of this order for 1 pen plus shipping came to $18.07. This was also because of the Canada Post strike that we were offering a flat rate of $12.00 to ship via Canpar which is what you did. Please take a look at your order again so that you can clearly see that you ordered 1 pen only and not a pack of 9 pens.
